COMMUNITY SPACE APPLICATION FORM
North Hill Centre takes great pride in supporting its community. As a service to the area, North Hill Centre has created a community space. The space is available for all types of non-profit or for-profit events and from yoga to birthdays to business meetings this temporary space is an opportunity to have fun or expand your business.
The space can accommodate 30 people at one time for gatherings or act like a store with people coming and going. We would like to work with you and promote any pop-up stores or services with our website and social assets.

To reserve the North Hill Centre Community Space please complete this form to assess and process your request and confirm a date.
Once your request has been approved, the required paperwork and instructions will be sent to the contract person listed below. Please note that space will be granted on a first come, first serve basis. In addition, North Hill Centre reserves the right to refuse any request which it deems in conflict with the best interests of our merchants or shopping centre.
Use examples and requirements:
Birthday Party/Social Gathering: $75 cleaning fee + Facility Licensing Agreement and proof of liability insurance.
Non-Profit Organization for Fundraising or Awareness: $75 cleaning fee + Facility Licensing Agreement and proof of liability insurance.
For-Profit, Pop-Up Store or Service: Cost will vary depend on use and length of stay, plus$75 cleaning fee + Short term Licensing Agreement and proof of liability insurance.
